Crew should have General Liability insurance and Worker's Compensation insurance. We can rent equipment as needed for larger jobs. Will pay crew on a job per job basis based on the total invoice price, when the work is complete. Will provide all marketing and monthly job flow, great opportunity for a 4 man crew looking for more work. Will provide shirts, customer billing, design, etc. Sub crews responsible for getting stone, trees, shrubs, sod, mulch and transporting to job site when we cannot have delivered. Contractor will check in on work with crew leader, sub crew to work independently. Crew leaders should be fluent in English to speak with homeowners easily, this is not negotiable. All change orders to be reported back to business owner to negotiate with customer. Crew should be able to build hardscaping (flagstone patios, walkways, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, install irrigation zones and control boards, backflow meter, install plants, trees and sod for healthy plants. Crew should be able to work quickly without supervision to stay on task in order to be ready for next job. Crew should be able to prune and remove small trees safely. Crew should be able to operate Bobcat, excavator, ditch witch, and other small equipment.
