At California Complete Care, we serve four awesome young adults with developmental disabilities (autism, cerebral palsy, etc) in a comfortable, clean home setting. The casual atmosphere and relatively few clients served works well for those seeking a meaningful job where they can help make a positive difference in someone's life, daily! We’re currently hiring for the position of 'BACKUP Behavior Coach (Caregiver/DSP)'. This position has VARIABLE hours, meaning they will not typically be scheduled on the regularly published work calendar. The Backup Behavior Coach will be notified when a shift opens up and will typically work anywhere from 0-20hrs (depending on their availability) per week- but hours are not guaranteed. We are hiring Backup Behavior Coaches for all shifts including: Morning (6am-9am), Afternoon (2pm-10pm) and Night (10pm-6am).
