Starting a band like Talking Heads/Parquet Courts

Hello, I am looking for a guitarist, drummer and bassist to start a band in the style of punk/post punk, rock, experimental. My main influences for this are bands like Talking Heads, Parquet Courts, Nine Inch Nails, but not limited to those. Just listing them as a starting point. I will take care of guitar and vocals, and any electronic/sample based stuff. I am open to many different arrangements, as long as there is structure and we are all on the same page. I’m looking to practice and write songs with the intention of playing live before the end of the year, or maybe 6 months from whenever the band is formed. Any money made from live shows will be split up accordingly, if we end up recording then we will figure out all that too. I have all the equipment to record and experiment, I have been doing this for awhile. Most important thing right now is forming a group of people with similar vision and goals. You don’t need to be a world class musician, but able to play and jam, be creative and experiment, and having some connection to the music would help. I have a few instrumental recordings of songs I have written with this band in mind that I will send you, I want to keep things open to experimentation though and only limit ourselves in ways that help us write more.
