Warning of thief who may have moved to Livingston

The man in the photographs name is Todd Rickard originally from the Portland Oregon area he has lived in recent years in Great Falls & disappeared unannounced from our home in Bozeman last week after breaking into someone's room and stealing some of our rent money $1,300 that we were preparing to pay. We invited him into our home with empathy for the health problems he has and have paid a terrible price for it both financially psychologically and to our spirit of Goodwill. After becoming aware of this we found out that he was also fired from his job here in town over missing money that he was the only person with access to. He may have moved into an apartment in Livingston he drives a small purplish blue Fiat with handicap Montana plates... We are offering a $500 Reward for valid information as to his whereabouts so that we can inform people who should know in the community if he is there & by distributing 1,000 flyers informing people of what he does to people who have invited him into their home. ** The elder couple pictured with him are the people who adopted him into their home giving him a wonderfully loving family and who is also the lady who underwent surgery to give him one of her kidneys that he is now spending the gift of Life having been given to him robbing the people who have also treated him like family we had absolutely no negative indications whatsoever in our household involving or from him until this incident BECAUSE HE IS A SNAKE THAT WEARS A SMILE.
