Description
For you bumpkins out in the sticks, there are more than 8 MILLION people living in New York. Less than half of the adults own or drive a car regularly because of the high expense of parking and the extreme traffic. It's MUCH easier to use public transportation or a cab or Uber.
So a driver's license isn't necessary for a lot of these people.
Not saying people shouldn't have to have some sort of ID to vote as there are a LOT of Republicans that double voted in the last election. Just saying that a driver's license isn't something people in big cities always have or even need.
Glad I could explain how life in big cities is very different than it is in rural shitholes.
