Need brauny dude to dig up mom's rose bush

We need someone with upper body strength and/or tools for a kind of challenging digging project: my mom planted a rose bush some 40 years ago, and we'd like to save it. She's getting too old for gardening, and her condo will clear it out, but I'd like to see if we can save it to plant at my place. Roses have deep tap roots, and this is an old one, so will take some digging. Location is a couple blocks east of Hawthorne Elementary in Kennewick, and it would need to be done Sunday (Jan 23) or Monday (Jan 24) afternoon.
