Found an iPhone early this morning in Dupont Circle. Email me with details on carrier, phone description and who might have called and texted to verify ownership. Phone is locked so I cannot call from it but can see who has sent texts, but not messages themselves. Or, give it a call from another phone and I'll pick up. I had to return to Richmond this morning and it is in my possession and I fully charged it. Happy to mail back to owner.
