Please look at the attached pictures. I have 1300 square feet that I am going to turn into a carport/driveway. 1. I need someone to level this area. It's pretty close to level but there is a lip at the top of the property that needs to be leveled or made a little lower. This used to be a garden and there are lots of low and high spots as well. 2. I will then have a full dump truck (12 yards) of limestone gravel dropped on my front driveway, 10 feet away. 3. I need someone so spread the gravel out which should be approximately 2 -3 inches. 4. After the limestone is in place, I am going to install gravel grids 2" and fill them with pea gravel 3/8", about 8 yards. Review: I am looking for one or two people to level the area. ( any extra earth can be spread of the remainder of the yard). I need someone who will shovel or someone who has a machine that can spread the dump truck (limestone) over the area evenly. I will spread the pea gravel. Please respond with two things: 1. a phone number or email. 2. an idea of what you would charge. ( I will understand if your bid changes after you have seen the property in person). The perimeter, 144 feet will be 7 x 10 railroad ties that I will put in place. It is 29 x 10 feet and then 26 x 40 feet.
