Extremely busy home remodeler/Investor seeking a person to handle my trash outs And demo while crew does the house remodels. All residential. Must have a vehicle and a decent sized Trailor.( a 6 ft Trailor is not acceptable, standard size is 16 footer. Pay is per load for trash outs and demo is piece work. Trash outs are $125 per Trailor LOAD plus dump fees. Once load is picked up, i pay within 5 minutes per zelle or Venmo. Also can do the lawn cuts/ Clearing /Weedeating.
