Recreational Electrical is a locally owned business that specializes in the upfit and repair of government fleet vehicles, including police, fire, EMS, and public works. You will work with a team to assemble a police car, fire chief truck, public works vehicles, or other vehicles we contract. We are looking to hire multiple experience levels in our final assembly shop. Base Wage range is from $33280 - $45760 a year based on experience. Leadership rolls increase from there. We pay weekly and hourly. No Flat rate, a nice warm shop to work in, and an awesome crew to work with! Qualified individuals need a high school diploma or GED, be mechanically inclined, have experience with hand tools like sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, power drills, and tape measures, have a motivated spirit and an eye for detail. We will train the right people who are willing to learn and grow! This position requires bending, lifting, twisting, crouching, and lifting 50lbs unassisted. Job Responsibilities and Expectations: - Enjoy what you do! - Show up to work on time and be excited to work. - Maintain the highest quality standard to provide the best emergency vehicles on the market. - Maintain the cleanliness of your assembly area and toolbox. - Work with a team to complete your assigned vehicle in the time allotted - Collaborate with all team members to ensure your vehicle is efficiently built, but perfect. - Learn everything you can about the vehicles to continue to grow with the company. - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: You must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have a valid Drivers License and pass a drug and background screening. You must have experience with Tools. 12 volt experience is a bonus! Shift is 4 days, 10 hours – Monday through Thursday with a 6 am start time and a 3 day weekend every week!
