Long haired black cat. Red collar and brown fur. He has white fur under his belly. He is a very timid cat and won’t hurt anyone. Responds to Toko. He also has a tip of his ear missing. Please contact if you spot him. His tracker shows he was last at 201 E College Avenue. Found his tracker but not him.
