blue and gold macaw

Hello I have a blue and gold macaw. I’ve had him a couple months got him from a family member. He’s an amazing bird love him to death but it’s getting hard to keep him because I work so much and don’t have the time to work with him and let him out of his cage so he’s constantly screaming if he doesn’t get let out. As well as lately when I try to feed him he gets defensive and acts like he’s trying to fight because he doesn’t get let out much. I’m not sure if I want to for sure find him a new home or not yet. But if I do there will be a fee. These birds are not cheap. He’s only 10 years old
