Also specify the exact date and location lost. Also include vet records which would include the dog's name, picture, your name and address, the dog's gender, age, and weight. The owner of this dog didn't bother to get the dog microchipped and didn't bother to put an ID tag on the dog, so solid proof of ownership, as described above, is required.
