Hi - we are looking for a professional, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking individual for the following project. If the work is excellent there is opportunity for more work immediately after this project. To apply: please reply with experience, photos of prior work, and ID. IMPORTANT for safety reasons you must provide an ID before the interview/visit. We will NOT release our home address without an ID first - Floor size: approx. 200 square feet - Remove hardwood floors & subfloor - Replace subfloor - Remove & replace baseboard - Remove approx. 2 feet of dry wall and replace - Tile/Grout - Clean crawl space You must have: tools, transportation Materials will be provided: subfloor, waterproof membrane, tile, grout, baseboard, cement board, garbage bags 4-5 day project. Must follow all Covid-19 instructions and wear mask at all times.
