Three Projects - Room/Hallway Painting, Railway Staining, & Window Fix

I have three home projects I need completed. Would like if somebody is able to complete all, but will pay per job as well. Please send me your best offer on any/all projects. I live near the Beach/Hodges intersection. Project 1: Painting walls of one room + hallway/closet. I have the paint, just need them professionally repainted. The room is roughly 12' x 11'. The hallway/closet is roughly 3.5' wide x 7.5' long. Project 2: I need my stairway railing stained a darker color. I do not currently have the stain, but I can get it. I just want to make sure this is do-able and in my price range before buying the stain. Would be open to just painting it white, but would prefer a darker stain to match the stairs. Please let me know your thoughts here (pictures attached). Project 3: I have 3 windows in my master bedroom. The two on the outside you can slide up and prop open, but the middle one is broken and just falls back down. I've attached pictures of both the middle broken one as well as what the outside ones.
