Need a licensed roofing contractor to seal three rooftop vents (louvers) and one exhaust flue. There are a total of four penetrations that need to be sealed. The rooftop vents are gutter mounted and the exhaust flue is flashed directly to the surface. Rooftop vents are approximately 40"X40". Flashing on exhaust flue is approximately 36"X36". Building is 22 feet tall with a flat vinyl roof. Need this work completed between Monday January 24th and Thursday January 27th. Building is in El Dorado Hills.
