QUALITY INSPECTOR SHIFT: 2nd shift 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. PAY RATE: $17.50 P/H SUMMARY: Determines all production, (start-up, in-process, and final) meets all customer specifications and requirements. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining all related documentation. RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY: Determine all-new production jobs meet customer requirements, (i.e. material, color, size, additives, assemblies, packaging, etc.). Assure operators are complying with in-process procedures, (i.e. trimming, assembling, packing, etc.). Verify documents. Perform all customer-mandated testing and related documentation. Maintain all quality control documentation. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Be punctual and dependable. Good communication skills and ability to interact with all customers and employees. ISO experience is a plus. detailed oriented and able to multi-task. Must be able to use all inspection measuring devices, (i.e. calipers, micrometers, comparators, bore gages. etc.). Able to document all quality procedures.
