Hi, I'm Caryn. I had a band and its kinda done. Bassist left for unknown reasons and my backup singer/percussionist has too many things going on and doesn't live close by. Sooooo.... ideally I'd like to find a drumset player (I play kit but usually like the frontman role behind a guitar singing in a rock band situation), and a bassist. I would like mid 20s-late 30s bandmates so we're on the same page. I like Casting Crowns, Third Day, Panic At The Disco, Weezer, Counting Crows... alternative rock and christian rock. Down for doing covers, down for making original music. Would like to be damn good and make some money. I have my Master in Music but don't let that intimidate you, I've taught past bandmates how to play, I have a bunch of albums and would love to have people to play my stuff with and also write new stuff with. I'm pretty chill, just be on time and communicate, no drugs, no drama. Used to rehearsing at my place in Fanwood, NJ once or twice a week. Would like to do some open mics to get comfy and then book paying gigs.
