The main job duties for each position: Auto Body Tech: • Must have own tools and toolbox. Install and remove OEM parts, repair scratches, dents, and dings within the company's guidelines. • Verify all work was completed using appropriate procedures. • Ensures that all panels are repaired properly according to the Company's standard operating procedures. • Other duties as assigned. Remove and Install Technician: • Properly removes all parts and bumpers. • Reviews all vehicles for hidden damage and report damage to the appropriate manager. • Works with management to review or report any new parts needed and/or damaged parts replacement. • Properly install bumpers and new parts to OEM Specs and reviews for color match. • Report any and all damaged parts immediately to management. Painter: • Have at least 1-2 years of auto painting experience! • Work in a multi-vehicle down draft paint booth with A/C in the mixing room. • Multiple Prep/Tape techs preparing vehicles for paint. • Color matching/blending techniques. • SMART repair or auction background a plus. • Must be able to work some weekends in a very fast-paced environment. • Maintain a clean & organized work environment. • May be required to work overtime. • Ensures that each vehicle has the highest quality paint-work. • Ensures all required and blend panels are sanded and repaired properly. • Verifies proper paint colors per vehicle order prior to painting vehicles. • Properly wash, blow, and track all vehicles. • Ensures vehicles are taped properly prior to painting. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Must have previous experience working in an Automotive Collision Repair Shop. • Must be flexible enough to work weekends in a very fast-paced environment. • Must have a clean & valid Driver's License. • Must have a great attitude and is motivated to earn top dollars.
