Are you looking for a job that is meaningful? When I was young I worked at a fast food restaurant for about 4 years and then at an auto parts store for 2 years. Then I had an opportunity to work at a treatment center with developmental disabled (Intellectually disabled) individuals. This was the best move I ever made. I found that I really enjoyed working with these individuals and felt I was actually making a difference in their lives. Years later I had an opportunity to open a few group homes (adult foster home) here in Duluth. We are in need of staff to work with the individuals in our homes. It can be challenging at times and there are some times it is plane gross but knowing that you are helping people in their lives can be worth it. We are a small agency (3 homes) with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. If you are at all interested, we would enjoy talking with you. You will need to pass a background check.
