Seeking unique outdoor locations on privately land for tours

Greetings, I run a reputable tour outfit near Lihue and we are looking to expand the trips we offer. Permits for trips on public land or water are nearly unattainable so we are looking for someone that owns private land with unique outdoor features such as a waterfall, swimming hole, or hike with a view to partner with for small trips that would rarely exceed a group size of 6. We would not need to run tours more than a few days a week and would pay handsomely on a per person basis for each guest on your land. All tours would be accompanied by a trained guide meaning this would be passive and worry-free income for the land owner.
