We simply haven't learned the skills of listening closely to each other, of engaging in meaningful exchanges, and of finding shared sources of meaning. We lack the know-how and the tools. —Scott London 2022 is the Year of the Facilitator. Now is the time to learn and provide tools and know how that connects us. Everyday we experience the need for trained facilitators who can make civil conversation possible, to grow a cohort of citizens who can build bridges across the many divides we have. We also know that trained facilitators make it possible for businesses, neighborhood groups, families, and churches to become more effective in building effective communication. You can play an important role in making this happen in your city, town and neighborhood.
