Blending pure tones from crystal singing bowls, with live DJ mixed healing frequencies, wind gong, other sound scapes. Sound frequencies tapping your brain into alpha + theta + gamma + delta brainwaves — slowing the mind down — allowing you to process trauma, inspire creativity, and elevate your state of consciousness. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙨: - ceremonial cacao ~ heart-opening plant medicine (No added sugar, GF, V - mixed with water + coconut oil) - guided meditation - breathwork - aromatherapy 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩: - we will have a bolster, yoga mat, blanket, and pillow set up for you. Please feel free to bring more to make your nest as cozy as possible. We recommend bringing extra blanket, mat, and pillow if you like to be extra comfortable or are not used to laying on the ground. - encouraged to bring journal, crystals, or whatever else you enjoy meditating/manifesting with. - we will begin with cacao, intentions, and meditation. Fading into a deep relaxation of sound immersion. - the sound bath is intended to be received in Shavasana; however, some people feel called to sit up, or move their energy. All is welcome, everyone is having their own experience. *no experience needed, all ages! Preparation: To receive full benefits of sound healing, it's encouraged to drink plenty of water, eat light, and avoid alcohol and caffeine prior to. Creating tranquil space for yourself day of, as well as keeping the body/energetic channel clear will support a more potent experience.
