Valentines Charcuterie Workshop
Charcuterie, aka a grazing tray, is the French way of pairing meats, cheese, fruits and bread on a tray for grazing in the most romantic way possible.
Join me at the JXN Station on Valentine's Day for a 30 minute charcuterie workshop and leave with a beautiful 13" board to share with your Valentine!
What could be more romantic than coming home with a charcuterie board you made yourself and a bottle of wine?
Or better yet, bring your Valentine for a lunch date to assemble the board together.
Attendance with an RSVP a half down deposit only. Total cost is $80 per 13" tray. This includes the assembly workshop, the completed tray, and the to-go wrapping (wine is not included)

If you can't make the workshop, you can still arrange with me to pick up a board or have one delivered to you.

2 soft cheeses

Crackers and bread
