Join us for our first EmpowerHER Event for International Women's Day to connect with and lift up other women in our community. New Directions is thrilled to kick off 2022 with our first-ever EmpowHER Event on International Women's Day (March 8, 2022) designed to engage women throughout our community as they come together to feel inspired and uplifted. An informal Social Hour will be from 4-5pm. During this time, attendees will enjoy hors d'oeuvres and beverages, connecting with one another, and an opportunity to browse female-owned, wellness-centered businesses selling their merchandise and services at the event. Our program will begin at 5pm with a brief keynote address focused on women's empowerment, leadership, and connection. Our 2022 award winners will be announced immediately following. Learn more about how to nominate the empowered women in your life here. Please note this is a women-only event. We are encouraging women to be comfortable in their own skin and style. Please wear anything BUT black or navy attire! We want to fill the room with bright colors and patterns! A women's empowerment t-shirt is included in your registration.
