Join MadTree's celebration of IWD, featuring a panel discussion on inclusion, and a special beer named after NASA's Katherine Johnson. This International Women’s Day, we have a lot to celebrate. We’re hosting three amazing women and serving one amazing beer – brewed, designed and brought to life exclusively by MadTree women. Join us on IWD, Tuesday, March 8th, 6pm – 7:30pm for the next edition of Ascending Women. This discussion, focused on diversity and inclusion, collaboration and innovation, will feature: Meghan Cummings, Executive Director Women’s Fund Greater Cincinnati Foundation Jenny Brady, Founder Day of the Girl Cincinnati Desiré Bennett, Senior Social Equity Expert, Design Impact Moderated by Sarah Brown of Failing Forward podcast. In celebration of IWD and in collaboration with Pink Books, MadTree will be releasing Katherine, an imperial juicy IPA that honors Katherine Johnson, celebrated mathematician, “Hidden Figure” and all-around NASA badass. Katherine is an Imperial Juicy IPA featuring Apollo, Comet and Strata hops and a yeast called Cosmic Punch. This 10.1% beer in honor of her 101 years of age is simply, and truly, out of this world. Served solely in our taproom.
