Refinish Wood Floors Grey & a couple other things

We had already hired someone for this work and were happy. Unfortunately something happened and the company we hired has not shown up or responded for multiple weeks now. As much as we would like to wait our house is in disarray and we need to get this finished. We have three things going on with the primary task being the floor refinishing. We have some drywall work that needed finishing that they were a day or so from being done and we also have some stairs we would like re-framed and finished to look like we want. The biggest thing right now we need to focus on right now is the floor. If you’re not able to do the other two tasks that’s fine. We can look for multiple people if need be. The floor should be pretty straight forward as all the woodwork has been removed from every wall. The kitchen island has been removed. Being the main level of the house it might have to be done in two stages to be able to move the bigger items. I am attaching the floor plan of the area that needs the floor sanded, stained, and finished. We would like to get this figured out and completed as soon as possible.
