Limit 10 participants (plus one organizer) per event. Dance studio release form must be signed before participating. Payment ($10 cost) will be accepted only after confirmation of COVID-19 vaccination and release form is signed. COVID-19 vaccination card required as proof of vaccination with ID. . . . Dance Studio Rules: Release form must be signed before participating. * Respect personal space and boundaries (This is a no-contact dance experience) * COVID-19 FULL VACCINATION REQUIRED: Masks required upon check-in, any person with symptoms of illness cannot be admitted. * Cotton socks required (no nylon) or dance shoes/leather soles (no street shoes, tennis shoes, etc) * Please no: alcohol, marijuana/drugs, smoking or scents.
