Come Celebrate National Fettuccine Alfredo Day by learn how to make everything from scratch.
Discover just how simple it is to make pasta dough then roll and cut your own fettuccine noodles at home under the guidance of a Chef Gordon Gomila.
Chef Gordon is well trained in Italian cooking techniques, and is ready to share his expert knowledge with you! Students will be learning to make their own pasta from scratch as well as cutting it into the Fettuccine shape. The instructor will also give a demonstration on making the best fresh classic Alfredo sauce.
Students will then be consuming the pasta and sauce plus salad, bread and Artisano’s exclusive compounded Herb Butter at the end of class, so come prepared to eat.

Currently all class are chef lead, we hope to bring back hands-on classes in the near future but for right now we have to have classes lead by our in-house chef.
