This is Rosie: she is a Pug mix. About 5 years old. We Live in a Duplex and she is My Neighbors dog. With permission the owner agrees to let me rehome her(I have a dog already) Currently she is on a tangled 6ft chain day in and day out. With a dog house and some dirty blankets, When she doesn't escape. It's been this way all of her life. Left in the Cold & nearly Unfed during the winter. Left out in the Heat during Summer. I've called Numerous times to Animal control but there's never any change. She is a sweet dog, Very loving, always Hungry. Tons of energy. Barks at everything. Super skiddish. Takes a minute for her to relax. She really just needs a new home, it's so sad to see her keep living this way and being Neglected so bad. Please help me find her a Home 🏡 -don't tell me to take her to the shelter because that is not going to happen.
