Today my car ignition key broke off the ring while in the Dollar Tree in Richland. I had the key in my hand when I stepped into the store and when I checked out about 5 minutes later, it was gone, most likely on the foor somewhere. The wonderful employees and manager of Dollar Tree in Richland allowed me to scour the store for almost 2 hours, I searched every shelf and every nook and cranny of that store...twice, even as other customers watched in confusion as I crawled on the floor trying to look under the shelves and end caps to no avail. So,to the person who picked up my key and it is probably now sitting in your cars ash tray or a junk drawer at home, I want you to know that it cost me $120 to tow my vehicle and over $200 to make new chipped keys. You're an asshole and I hope karma finds you soon.
