Property Maintenance company in the Houston area. We are looking for a general maintenance person to join our team. EXPERIENCE IN THESE AREAS IS A PLUS: - general experience with pressure washing/scrub trimming/general cleaning of common areas - experience with condo/residential building maintenance - reliable transportation (vehicle) to get to work - good organizational skills - Part time position which could lead to full-time - Flexible schedule - 3 days per week, 5 hours per day ( Choose the days you want to work) Additional: - have a valid driver license - have field experience working - Work week is 5 days a week Compensation: Determined by experience level We are interested in hiring multiple candidates to grow the team.
