Full-time opportunity working in soil testing at various field sites in the Lee & Charlotte County area. Performs basic soil testing including soil density and compaction testing. Field work includes soil sampling, nuclear density gauge testing, field inspection, and miscellaneous construction activities. Experience preferred but willing to train. The starting pay rate is $15 - $17.50 / hour depending on applicable experience. Qualifications: · The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs · The ability to work outdoors · The ability to walk up & down slopes or uneven terrain · Must be at least 25 years old · FDOT/CTQP/ACI laboratory testing certifications a plus · The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations · Excellent driving record · Must be able to pass background screening requirements including drug testing, criminal history, motor vehicle check, etc. We offer a comprehensive benefits program including paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays and much more.
