Join Wendi Fredregill, owner of Empowered Bridge, and Tricia Rivas, owner of Trixie's Salon and Spa, for a leadership workshop. When a team is bonded and has real concern for each other as people, they are going to work harder and help each other. It’s critical to create an environment where it’s easy to form connections. But how do you do that? In this 2 hour workshop, leadership experts, Wendi & Tricia, will walk participants through how to build authentic relationships and become a servant leader. Each participant will learn how to use tools like the 9Grid Notebook & QPlan to plan their goals and take steps to achieve them. This session will take place in the community room of Trixie's Salon and Spa in Des Moines, Iowa and will include a boxed lunch from Palmers. *Event is limited to six attendees.
