Eva Vega is a Yoga Instructor (300RYT), Health Coach, and Fitness Instructor. She has been teaching Yoga since 2005 and was trained in and is certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as created by Larry Schultz. After that she has continued her education and is certified in Progressive Ashtanga Yoga, Budokon Yoga, PiYo, Booty Barre and the Will Power Method. As well as creator of BalaBands and All Kinds of Strong, unique classes that incorporate fitness, yoga and mindfulness. These classes are fun, challenging and complement the Yoga practice. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is a certified Health Coach by Institute of Integrative Nutrition adding a bigger scope of practice. Helping students create a balanced lifestyle. Her classes are fun, safe and her soothing voice will get her students to their deepest level.
