Free Community Event! We encourage you to bring a friend! Join us for our Women's Self Defense Seminar! No experience is necessary. This is a FREE Community Event sponsored by Macon's Martial Arts. Beginners are welcome. Join us for an evening of empowerment and active learning. Dress comfortably. Open to all women in our community to attend, learn and become empowered with simple, effective self-defense training. We will discuss and practice basic self-defense tips and tactics to help you defend yourself and your loved ones. Come dressed for physical activity. No experience is necessary.
