Lost Dog - White 20lb Poodle/Terrier

Have you seen our dog Raphy? White, small/medium 20 lb poodle terrier mix, pictures attached. He was last seen around 9:30pm Jan 21 near 1620-1630 Josephine St, close to the intersection of Cedar St and Martin Luther King Jr Way. He is a bit skittish and easily scared so it is best not to chase him. Please please let us know if you see a dog that might be him, any info or possible leads are helpful. Our house is on Hilgard Ave, near Euclid, so he could be near there too. Also, he is wearing the light blue collar with silver bone-shaped tag shown in the photos.
