looking for help restoring and working on some old trucks & airstream

hi craigslist! i have a couple old trucks and an airstream that need some attention: 1975 ford f500 - engine will need to be pulled for a complete rebuild as well as all the other systems replaced or repaired. It was previously a ranch dump truck and has sat for 10 years or so. I'd like to get it running and in good operable condition to get it back to work on the property. 1956 chevy apache - this one i would like to restore completely and make a reliable daily driver. the engine has been tinkered with and started up but it idles poorly and needs further work and investigation. the body is pretty neglected and will need full restoration. I would also be interested in doing a frame swap, disc brake conversion, etc - to bring it to more modern day standards. This truck is very important to me as it was my grandfather's truck, so want to do this right. 1976 airstream sovereign 32' land yacht - the trailer is in decent shape with almost everything original, however i would like to get it brought into the 21st century. The wiring should be upgraded and plumbing systems gone through. I would also like to add solar and some bigger batteries. I know these projects won't be cheap, however taking them to a shop for $100-120/hr isn't in the cards. Ideally, I would like to hire someone to work alongside to bring some life back into these machines. either that, or I would be happy to compensate someone 'by the job' or as a consultant who can help point me in the right direction or people that can help me with various elements of these projects. I am a very handy person just not terribly experienced with automotive work (besides basic service, replacing alternators, sensors, wiring, etc.). My availability is also pretty flexible. We can do the work at my place or happy to bring the projects to another location if you have room or know of some good shop space. Happy to make this as easy for whoever is able to help me with getting these projects going! If interested, can you please reply with your previous mechanical/restoration experience and what compensation you think would be fair - whether hourly or if you prefer a flat rate type of deal.
