Join Siren Flow instructor Natt Nyah for an sensual movement class! For one hour we will explore the basics of embodiment, intuitive body listening, flow, self awareness and how to embrace your sensual self. Natt Nyah will instruct a warm up and move into juicy movements to explore throughout class! All levels are welcome! Attendees PLEASE BRING Knee pads or protective thigh high socks Yoga Mat Towel Water Disclosure form will be presented and signed before class begins Social distancing will be enforced.
