Job Vacancy Announcement Position: Housekeeping Manager Minimum Qualifications: • An absolute commitment to customer service. • High School diploma preferred. • Previous Management or supervisory experience required. • 3+ years Housekeeping and Maintenance work required. • Able to prioritize, organize and delegate responsibilities. • A “People person” who is confident, has strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality. • Strong communication skills (both written and oral). • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills are critical – must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize. • Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment. Summary of Work: Responsible for the scheduling, coordination and management of the Housekeeping/Maintenance Department, including, but not limited to, ensuring the continuous professional growth of all department staff, providing a clean and safe environment for our guests to exercise, ordering of facility supplies, creating and managing an annual budget and designing and implementing maintenance and housekeeping procedures.
