Don’t get stuck in a stuffy, overcrowded restaurant with an overpriced, subpar menu. Our hands-on cooking class is the perfect date night! Working in pairs, each couple will prepare their meal made for two, by hand and from scratch. Each ticket is for TWO people to attend in Friday, February 11th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM and includes hands-on professional chef instruction in our state of the art culinary studio and all ingredients for your three-course meal. Feel free to bring along your favorite adult beverage if you’d like. MENU – Friday, February 11th Valentine’s Day Cooking Class AMUSE-BOUCHE Fried oyster on toasted brioche with mixed micro greens and tomato jalapeno jam APPETIZER Shrimp Cocktail Shooter: Court bullion poached shrimp, lemon creme fresh, chive oil, and cocktail sauce ENTREE Pan seared marinated flank steak with whipped yukon gold potatoes, red wine demi glace, caramelized shallots, and parmesan roasted asparagus DESSERT Campfire Pot De Creme: Layered with graham cracker, dark chocolate pudding and toasted marshmallow fluff Our mission at Thought Design is to help people become better thinkers.
