Our first EVER bootcamp class!! We are so excited to get you all together to enjoy a 40 min workout. Our first EVER bootcamp class!! We are so excited to get you all together to enjoy a 40 min workout. This will be a full body workout - no equipment necessary to bring. We will have everything you need there! Bring yourselves, water, and a friend to join you! The full body workout will incorporate some light dumbbells, and possibly a resistance band for an extra challenge. Get ready to sweat it out with us!! Class Structure: Warmup: 5 min Circuit 1: 15 min Circuit 2: 15 min Cool Down: 5 min Hope to see you there! Afterward, you will be able to shop our seamless sets, brand NEW resistance bands, hats, and other free goodies! FREE PARKING: Feel free to park anywhere in the parking lot.
