The 14th Annual Rumpshaker 5K will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Regions Field in Birmingham at 8:00 am. Rumpshaker, Inc. is a nonprofit organization with a mission to promote awareness about colorectal cancer, raise funds to fight and treat it, and provide hope for colorectal cancer survivors and those affected by the disease. The Rumpshaker 5K is the largest free standing 5K in the State of Alabama and is our annual fundraising event that supports our programs and allows us to carry out our mission to raise colon cancer awareness and provide assistance to patients and their families throughout the State of Alabama.
