Handy Man Needed to Paint Two Small Rooms, Assemble Furniture

We just took over a warehouse with a small office. We are looking for someone to: 1. Remove a small wall cabinet in the office and a small floor cabinet in bathroom. 2. Paint small office and a small bathroom. 4. Paint bathroom floor with epoxy coating. 5. Assemble two desks and two office chairs. 6. Clean up after yourself and dispose of the cabinets and empty boxes in the building's dumpster. Please note: - You will buy the painting supplies (paint, tape, painters plastic, etc.) at the Home Depot/Sherwin Williams under our account, or if you prefer you can pay for it yourself and we will reimburse you for the cost. - We are looking for someone with experience who can provide good workmanship, furniture needs to be assembled properly with no damages, paint needs to have good coverage with no drips. - This work can easily be completed in one day by a skilled person.
