Install new railing on boat

Need to install about 30 feet of 1 1/4inch new railing with lifeline on a 48 foot trawler. Railing is missing. need to cut and install. I am going to purchase all the tubing,fittings and materials required. The vessel is located in Fort Lauderdale east of US 1.
