Overall management of feedlot. Animal health. Feeding twice p/day. Keep up with inventory/order feed. Service and maintain equipment. Maintain relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in a feedlot.
Strong understanding of cattle health.
Effective communicator.
Leadership mentality.
Ability to work long hours when needed.
No other employees other then part-time help when needed.
Owner is around to assist when more help is needed.
