MERIDEN, CT — A Meriden teen is facing a charge that he stole more than $30,000 worth of merchandise from a Macy's in Cheshire while employed there last year, The Meriden Record-Journal reported. Ian Chapman, 19, was charged with first-degree larceny. Chapman is accused of stealing coats and perfume from the 475 Knotter Drive store.
