BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash on Interstate 83 snarled traffic Friday afternoon in Baltimore County, according to officials. The crash occurred around 2:45 p.m. on I-83 south at I-695, authorities said. After 3 p.m., the two right lanes and right shoulder were closed on I-83 south.
