HERNDON, VA — Officers from the Reston Station of the Fairfax County Police Department are investigating the armed robbery of a gas station in the Herndon area on Wednesday night, according to the weekly crime report. A man entered the Sunoco gas station located at 13470 Coppermine Road around 9:34 p.m. He then displayed a firearm and demanded property, according to police.
