Every two years, a judge conducts a competency hearing to determine if Hyde is able to stand trial. He was originally ruled incompetent and was sent to a state mental hospital, where he'll stay for life unless deemed competent. (KRQE News 13)Albuquerque Public Schools are dealing with an abundance of absent students. More than 10,000 students or around 1-in-7 students were absent on Thursday because of issues related to COVID. (KOB)The FBI is looking for a person they say robbed an Albuquerque credit union on Thursday. At about 4:55 p.m., police were called to the First Financial Credit Union on San Mateo Blvd. The unknown man received an undisclosed amount of money and left.
